This website, available at 365jablonec.cz, is operated by Kultura Jablonec, p.o., with registered office at Jiráskova 4898/9, 466 01 Jablonec nad Nisou, ID No.: 09555340, VAT No.: CZ09555340 (hereinafter referred to as "KJ"), with the aim of providing the public with access to information about cultural, sporting and social events in Jablonec nad Nisou.

The content of the 365jablonec.cz portal is created and co-created by users of the portal, whom KJ as the operator allows to upload information to the site. In its capacity as a service provider, which consists in storing the content of information provided by the user, KJ is not obliged to supervise the content of the transmitted or stored information or to actively search for facts and circumstances indicating the truthfulness or unlawful content of the information.

KJ reserves the right to modify or remove information that does not meet the objectives of 365jablonec.cz, or is illegal, inappropriate, misleading, or unacceptable for any other reason. Any content promoting a political opinion, ideology, or otherwise unacceptable connotations may also be removed. The person who uploads the image material to the 365jablonec.cz portal declares that he/she is entitled to exercise the rights to use the image material in digital form (hereinafter referred to as the work), that he/she is entitled to use it in all ways within an unlimited scope, that he/she does not infringe the copyrights of third parties and that he/she is entitled to grant a license to use the work to third parties. The acquirer is not obliged to indicate the authorship of the embedded work when publishing it or in other cases. This licence applies to databases on servers and information in printed publications used by KJ and the Statutory Town of Jablonec nad Nisou to promote events (www.kudyznudy.cz, www.kulturajablonec.cz, www.jablonec.com, www.mestojablonec.cz, Jablonec Monthly and others). The purchaser is entitled not to use the licence. This licence shall become valid and effective on the date of publication of the record by the purchaser. The website operator shall not be liable for any damages caused by the use of the photographs.

This website may contain links to external websites, the content and operation of which KJ has no control over, no liability for, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, accuracy and operation of such websites. Information on the processing of personal data

Kultura Jablonec, p.o., with registered office at Jiráskova 4898/9, 466 01 Jablonec nad Nisou, ID No.: 09555340, VAT No.: CZ09555340 (hereinafter referred to as the "Administrator"), is the administrator of the personal data of users registered on the 365jablonec.cz portal. The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the applicable legal regulations, which are:

Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC ("GDPR")

Act No. 110/2019 Coll., on the processing of personal data.

By filling in the login data, the user gives consent to the processing of personal data contained in the login.

The personal data provided by the user on the 365jablonec.cz portal to the administrator as part of their registration are:

first name, last name, email address and password. Their provision is mandatory when registering a new user, because only through these data the user can log in to the 365jablonec.cz portal and they are also used to identify him/her.

Any further disclosure of personal data, or the disclosure of personal data of other persons, when using the 365jablonec.cz portal by the user, is done voluntarily and under his/her own responsibility. The administrator processes these personal data only within the scope of its activity as a so-called hosting provider, it is not a data controller in relation to these personal data within the meaning of the relevant legislation.

In the case that the user at the time after his/her registration on the 365jablonec.cz portal or after inserting a contribution asks the administrator to stop processing his/her mandatory personal data or otherwise prevents the administrator from processing these personal data for the purposes stated, the administrator will be forced to stop processing the user's personal data, which will result in the user no longer being a registered user of the 365jablonec.cz portal and will therefore not be able to log in to this portal and use it as a registered user, or will have to delete the user's entry.
